Educational Grants

In today's world you need more than a high school diploma to become financially independent. The Overlake Service League Educational Grants program is based on financial need and provides students the opportunity for higher learning so they can achieve financial stability wherever their futures take them.
Since 2000, Overlake Service League has awarded nearly half a million dollars to help members of our community achieve their dream of attaining a higher education.

To be eligible for a 1st year scholarship, a student must be a senior at a Bellevue Public High School (or must be a home school student residing within the Bellevue School District) and must enroll in a publicly supported college or university, or a bona fide vocational school, in the state of Washington during the same calendar year following graduation.
We awarded $35,500 to deserving students for the 2010-2011 academic year.
Please check back in January 2011 for applications for the 2011-2012 academic year.

If you applied for our First year grant, you may be eligible for additional awards. The grants below are open to individuals who applied for our first year scholarship, whether or not they were awarded a grant.
